Policy Statement:

Intermedical UK Ltd is committed to the eradication of slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. We firmly believe in upholding human rights and ensuring that our business operations, supply chains, and relationships are free from any involvement in modern slavery practices.

Policy Objectives:

Prevention: Intermedical UK Ltd will take proactive measures to prevent slavery and human trafficking within our organization and supply chains. We will ensure that all individuals associated with our business activities are treated with dignity, respect, and fairness.

Compliance: We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning slavery and human trafficking, both within the United Kingdom and internationally. Our policies and procedures will be regularly reviewed to ensure ongoing compliance.

Supply Chain Due Diligence: We will undertake comprehensive due diligence to identify and assess potential risks of slavery and human trafficking within our supply chains. We will work closely with our suppliers to ensure they also have robust anti-slavery policies and procedures in place.

Training and Awareness: We are committed to providing regular training and awareness programs to our employees, suppliers, contractors, and partners. These programs will educate them about the risks of modern slavery, the identification of potential indicators, and the appropriate actions to take if they suspect any form of slavery.

Reporting and Whistleblowing: We will establish clear channels for reporting any suspicions or incidents of slavery or human trafficking. Confidentiality will be maintained, and individuals will be protected from any retaliation for reporting in good faith.
